Our Standard Inspection for Pre-Sale, Pre-Listing, & One Year Warranty starts at $350 for up to 2000 sq ft and increases by $25 for every 500 sq ft. Need a Detached Garage or Building inspected? We add $150 for each. Need to add Radon? Our fee is $150. Need a reinspection? Yup, that's $150 too.
